Delivery / Return Procedures

Delivery Procedure:

We provide free delivery on all order over £100 (to UK MAINLAND addresses only). Our standard delivery terms are usually between 3 to 5 days. We post to UK MAINLAND addresses. If you are in doubt whether we post to your address, please contact us prior to placing your order to avoid extra charges and delays. Alternatively, we will have to cancel your order.

The following charges apply:

  • UK standard delivery (3-5 days) £9.99

We use FedEx for all our deliveries and signature on delivery is required. We will deliver to your Default Shipping Address which can be amended by logging into your Adicolor account.

NB: During sale periods delivery may take a little longer.

We want to ensure that we provide the very best service to you, so if you have any specific delivery requests, please email us and we will do everything we can to meet them.

NB: Please note that we do not accept any liability in any differences between the colour seen on our website, colour charts and the colour of the actual product.

Returns Procedure:

If you wish to return an item, or in the unlikely event that your item is damaged, please email us at [email protected] prior to sending your item back and in any case within 7 days of receipt. Please note that we will ONLY accept returns if the item(s) is returned in its original condition. If any of the ‘void stickers’ are removed or damaged, we will be unable to accept return and will not refund the cost of the item(s). When making a refund, we will refund directly to the debit/credit card you have used to make the purchase.

Please note that all items should be returned within 20 days of receipt in a resalable condition. Where possible, we will ask that you return the item(s) in the original packaging.

Refund Policy:

To request a refund, please follow our Returns Policy. Once your return has been accepted the refund will be processed as per our terms and conditions below.

  1. We will only refund the amount of the item(s) you have purchased minus 15% restocking fee. We will not refund any delivery/postage costs.
  2. We will not send you a confirmation that we have received your returned item(s).
  3. Upon receipt of your item(s) we will process the refund which could take up to 14 working days to process.
  4. The refund will be made directly to the debit/credit card you have used to make the purchase. Please note that refunds can take up between 5-10 working days to show in the purchaser’s account.
